On-Site Service Fee

A standard fee applies, plus pre-approved travel expenses for on-site engagements.

Flexible Billing

Corporate invoicing and card payments via Stripe. Invoices clearly itemize Professional Fee and expenses.

*Our "We Resolve It, or You Don't Pay" Conditions

  • A minimum base rate of $15/hour per engineer applies to all engagements for time and resource allocation. To ensure we provide qualified, experienced engineers only, we enforce this minimum hourly rate. The full, agreed-upon hourly service rate is charged only upon successful resolution of the approved scope. The base rate is not contingent on resolution and is non-refundable.
  • All pre-approved expenses for on-site engagements, including travel, accommodation, food, and transport, are the responsibility of the client and are not covered under the resolution guarantee.
  • The guarantee applies to Professional Fee only. Costs for hardware, software, licenses, or third-party services are not covered.
  • The guarantee does not apply where outcomes are inherently uncertain (e.g., certain data recovery, third-party platform outages, force majeure, or when client-side restrictions prevent remediation).
  • A cancellation fee applies if an on-site visit is cancelled after an engineer is dispatched or if access cannot be provided at the scheduled time.
  • For remote support, payment information may be collected upfront via our secure payment partner, Stripe. We charge only the amount you approve after service completion, except for the base rate and any pre-approved expenses.
  • For multi-day projects, billing occurs daily for work performed, with daily summaries provided.
  • Weekend, after-hours, or emergency rates may apply. All fees will be disclosed and approved in advance.

Transparent Rates & Fees (No Surprises)

All prices shown here are what we actually charge. If a job requires anything different, we’ll tell you and get your approval before we start.

  • Professional Fee: Starting at Just $45/hour — The exact price will be shared during the initial FREE phone or email consultation.
    Hourly rates vary based on the job, location and number of hours. There is a one-hour minimum, after which billing is done in 30-minute increments.
  • On-Site Visit Fee: $50 per in-person appointment.
  • Free Consultation: A quick phone/email estimate to scope the job. No work is performed during the free consult.
  • Parts/Third-Party Services: Billed at cost + listed fees and taxes. We’ll show you the price before purchase and get your approval; no unlisted markups.
  • Travel Expenses: A rough estimate is provided at the time of booking the appointment.
    Travel Expenses are not covered under the price guarantee and must be paid regardless of the results. The actual price may vary based on factors such as traffic conditions, mode of transport, additional distance or incorrect address details.
  • Payment: Due at completion. We accept cash or card.
  • Taxes & Mandatory Fees: Sales tax where required. Service fee: 5.5% (on Professional Fee), convenience fee: 15% (on travel & procurement), and payment gateway fee: 3.5% (on card payments).
  • Guarantee (“We Fix It or You Don’t Pay” – Professional Fee Only): If we cannot resolve the reproducible issue within the booked scope, you only pay $15/hr for Professional Fee.
  • Excludes: hardware failures/parts, liquid/impact damage, third-party/ISP/vendor outages, data recovery, intermittent/non-reproducible problems, declined recommendations, or work that is training/optimization/consultation. On-site/parts/third-party costs are not covered by the guarantee.
  • Cancellation fee: $150 if canceled within 120 minutes of the appointment start time or after we send the “on our way” message.
